    In the south, Tamil Nadu is known for using tamarind in almost every dish, while Kerala is a huge spice-lover and grower and famous for its black pepper, cardamom, and red chilies. Fish curries, rice, and lamb stews of the south can make you fall in love with the places and keep wanting to come back again and again.
